Costa Rica Fishing Gear

We supply all rods, reels, and tackle. From our deep sea sport fishing gear which include top brand names like Shimano and Penn down to quality tackle and line which ensures that once you hook your gamefish you have the best chance possible of getting your catch to the boat.

The only tackle or gear that we DO NOT supply is fly fishing gear. So if you would like to try a bit of fly fishing then you will want to bring your own gear and tackle. For you folks that aren't sure what fly fishing is then it probaly won't matter but fly fishing is when you see the anglers whipping their rod and odd looking reel back and forth with a very tiny lure or "fly" on the line. Usually you see these anglers fishing in rivers but saltwater fly fishing has become a quite popular sport over the last decade and fly rods are even used to catch sailfish and other sporting big game fish. Once more if you want to go fly fishing in Costa Rica please bring your own fly fishing gear.
